Daily Deep Cleaning:

Our entire play area, including toys, soft play equipment, and high-touch surfaces, is cleaned and disinfected multiple times a day using child-safe, hospital-grade products

No-Shoe Policy:

To keep our play zone germ-free, we maintain a strict no-shoe policy. We encourage all kids and parents to wear clean socks (available at the venue if needed).

Trained Staff Protocols:

Our team is well-trained in cleanliness procedures and hygiene standards. From regular handwashing to routine cleaning checklists, they help maintain a spotless environment throughout the day.

Air Quality & Ventilation:

Our play space is fitted with air purifiers and proper ventilation to ensure clean, fresh air for all our little explorers.

General play is first come, first serve. Private events and Birthdays do require a reservation. Children under 5 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times. By enrolling your child, you confirm that you’ve read and agreed to all rules, regulations, and our waiver policy.

FAQ'S

Children 8 years and under can play in the playtown.
Absolutely! Children below 5 years parents or guardian supervision is mandatory .
Admission's is free We allow only 1 adult per family .
Yes, and we understand that parents, while enrolling their kids, have read, understood, and agreed to the waivers.
  1. Please remove shoes before entering the play area.
  2. Socks must be worn at all times.
  3. Any kind of fighting, quarreling, pushing or use of foul language is strongly prohibited.
  4. All guardians are advised to supervise their children at all times. It is mandatory for children aged 5 years or below to be accompanied by a guardian.
  5. It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the play areas’ structure.
  6. Do not play in front of the slide exits & do not stop on the slides.
  7. No food, drinks or chewing gum should be taken in the play areas.
  8. Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area. Sharp objects are prohibited in the play areas.
  9. Kids who are unwell or have any contagious disease are advised not to enter the play area.
  10. Leave badges & jewelery with guardians. Spectacles are to be worn at user’s own risk and must have shatter-proof lenses.
  11. Throwing of objects (balls, toys, stones, etc.) & Hustling around the play-area is strictly prohibited.
  12. Parents must supervise their children at all times, especially in the sandpit area.
  13. By enrolling, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to the Play Town waiver.
Footwear is not allowed inside the playarea. All children and guardians are required to wear socks at all times while inside the play zone.
Due to space constraints and differences in style of play, we do keep the playarea exclusively reserved for children 8 and under, even if it is a sibling.
Yes we do. Our counsellors regularly disinfectants all of our toys to eliminate germs and dirt.
We do not permit food inside the playarea for hygiene purpose.
All, kids below 5 years needs a parents or a Guardian supervision 5 years and above can be left if they are independent.
